I checked in and sadly the room had a strong cigarette smell, and nothing like the clean images online.

It was just a commendable fit for a rapid stop in Louisville with exceptional value. While the facility had issues with cleanliness, the staff was prompt in changing our room after we reported hair on the sheets. Be prepared to address any cleanliness issues right away.

Not what we expected

We arrived with a debit card and were told we needed a credit card for incidentals. This was super frustrating. The kids loved the nearby Wal-Mart for snacks, but the wifi wouldn’t work at all. The room was alright but definitely needs better housekeeping. No way I’d recommend unless you have a credit card!
